ThankTap is an AI-native cashless tipping and recognition platform for hotels and hospitality. ThankTap lets a guest preload a balance once and thank a bellman, doorman, concierge, housekeeper or valet with a single NFC tap — recovering gratuities that today never happen because nobody carries cash.
What ThankTap is
ThankTap is a payments and recognition product for high-contact hospitality workers who work away from any payment terminal. Guests load a balance with Apple Pay or Google Pay, choose an amount in the ThankTap app, and tap their phone against a staff member's ThankTap NFC tag. The gratuity moves instantly and the staff member is notified.
The problem ThankTap solves
When a guest has no cash, no tip is exchanged and no record is created — the loss is invisible. ThankTap turns that failed moment into a completed, auditable gratuity. The ThankTap proof standard is US$100 or more in incremental tips per high-contact worker per month, measured against a property's cash-only baseline rather than assumed.

ThankTap has one revenue source: a transparent 20% service fee paid by the guest on top of each tip and shown before the guest confirms. Hotels pay nothing and staff pay nothing — no subscription, no setup fee, no payout charges, and NFC hardware is provided free by ThankTap.

ThankTap is a venture of Euler's Formula. ThankTap operates in the United States and is opening design-partner pilots with independent luxury and upper-upscale properties in Fall 2026. Pilots run 60 to 90 days in one department with executive sponsorship, and are free for the property.
