Email pilots@thanktap.com to discuss a ThankTap design-partner pilot. Pilots are open to independent luxury and upper-upscale properties in the United States, need executive sponsorship and one department, run 60 to 90 days, and are free for the property.

What to include in a pilot enquiry

• Property name, location and category.
• The department you would like to pilot — bell desk, door, concierge, housekeeping or valet.
• Approximate number of high-contact staff in that department.
• Your current cash-only tipping baseline, if you measure one.
