What the engine will not do
Recommendations never consider a worker's race, gender, age, appearance, accent, nationality, popularity or prior earnings, and are never reduced because someone has already been tipped well. Hotels cannot raise suggested amounts to subsidise wages, and employees cannot set manipulative defaults. The employee receives 100% of the amount labelled as the tip; the fee is always shown separately.
